• Coverage: We currently deliver orders within the United Arab Emirates. For shipments to KSA, Oman, and Qatar, please contact us directly for arrangements. 
• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
• Delivery Time:
  • UAE: 2–5 business days depending on location and stock.
  • International (KSA, Oman, Qatar): timelines vary by courier and shipping method.
• Shipping Costs: Quoted at checkout or in your invoice, depending on order type.
   

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. 
• Condition: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Exclusions: Custom-cut films, special-order products, or items sold under clearance cannot be returned.

2. Our team will provide approval and return instructions.
3. Ship the item back to our Dubai Industrial City warehouse.
4. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
    

• If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
